I Let Love Slip Away

We met around two years ago. She was clever, classy and beautiful. I fell for her. Hard.

I looked after her every need. When her things became old, I immediately replaced them for her. Her every whim was catered for.

Adventures were aplenty. From travel to events, I gave her ample opportunity to create special memories.

We were inseparable. Always side-by-side in a most intimate manner. I couldn’t keep my hands off her.

Then one day, she fell. It wasn’t even a massive plunge. She hit the ground. I swiftly picked her up. ‘Oh my God, are you ok?’ Nothing but a blank, broken stare back. Gone in an instant. My heart? In tatters.

I knew I should have bought a fucking phone cover. Goodbye sweet princess.

Enjoy this? Hit that heart please! Really really enjoyed it? Share with a pal. Love you.
